Total Equipment Services Inc. Launches Sparta Utility Vehicles in Mexico

SPARTA mining utility vehicle manufacturer Total Equipment Services Inc. (TES Inc.) has returned from announcing its expansion into Mexico, at the International Mining Convention in Acapulco. The conference is now one of the largest mining events in Latin America, hosting approximately 12 thousand attendees, and over 400 exhibitors.

As the demand for safe quality mining equipment in Mexico continues to grow, TES Inc. believes that Mexico provides opportunities for their company to expand their business to meet demand. TES Inc. has secured both office space and business development resources in Zacatecas Mexico, and is considering multiple propositions from distributors eager to sell the SPARTA line of utility vehicles to mines across Mexico.

President Kevin Whynott explains “building strong relationships and servicing our customers’ needs efficiently is our primary goal, and at this time a distribution partnership may be the best expansion option for both TES Inc. and its customers.“

In addition to its investment is resources in Mexico, TES Inc. is also investing in additional local resources. Currently the SPARTA vehicles are being manufactured in Canada and with shipments to Mexico being subjected to strict custom mandates, TES Inc. has started to build a team experienced with international shipping, and moving equipment across the Mexican Border.

At present, there are 280 foreign companies investing in mining industry in Mexico, of which more than 150 are from Canada. Its silver, bismuth, arsenic, cadmium, lead, zinc and other mineral reserves rank among the world’s top, and it is one of the world’s largest producers of silver and copper. TES Inc. believes it can support Mexican mines with quality, safe utility vehicles that will help keep their mines moving.
