Quality policy

Roche senior management and employees alike are wholly committed to making our firm a clear leader in delivering professional services that meet superior quality standards. Corporate and personal values of integrity, excellence, commitment and entrepreneurship form the basis of our collective commitment.

Our teams strive to understand, identify with and respond effectively to client needs and objectives through innovative concepts and proven methods and technologies. Our efforts are driven by the pledge to ensure client satisfaction. We adapt our methodologies to our clients’ objectives in keeping with their evolving requirements and circumstances.

Service quality is central to our firm’s culture and core values. As part of our quality policy, we have implemented a service quality system. This system, which has been registered with the ISO 9001 international standard since 1996, identifies the broad steps and controls for delivering services in compliance with contractual client agreements.

The verification-based quality system consists of management and service delivery procedures that incorporate detailed instructions for carrying out work activities and forms for recording the steps involved in the verification process.

The system with its logically sequenced components is applied as soon as a service offer or bid is prepared, at which point client needs are identified and recorded.

Finally, Roche employees have all been trained on how to use the quality system. They understand the objectives and benefits and are committed to applying the system to improve the quality of the services we offer.
