Troy Helps Protect Bermuda Archives

Troy is helping to install a revolutionary hybrid fire suppression system to keep the Bermuda Archives safe.
 
Air Care, based in Mill Creek, and strategic partner, Canadian firm Troy Life & Fire Safety - which has a long standing history with Victaulic - are in the process of installing a fire protection system that uses nitrogen to inert the oxygen in a room so fire cannot survive. It means that the delicate documents and books of the Bermuda Archives will not sustain the damage that would normally happen if a sprinkler system were used.
 
Craig Stevenson, Manager of Business Development & Sales of Air Care, said: “The Bermuda Archives are extremely important and their protection for future generations is paramount. We are delighted that we can help preserve some of Bermuda’s history.”

Security Systems Technician

The Security Installation Technician will perform installation, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and inspection functions on Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion and other related products and cabling.
