Vale launches book with messages from children of employees about human rights

Vale's management is based on respect, awareness and promotion of Human Rights, as well as risk prevention and adverse impact management, including their mitigation and remediation in the company's activities and along its production chain.

In recent years, and especially since 2019, Vale has improved its regulatory processes, expanded the training of its employees in Human Rights, deepened and expanded the assessment of risk and impact on its operations and its supply chain, the mechanisms for listening, responding and denouncing, and training and awareness campaigns on the subject.

In this context, the Human Rights campaign was launched, an initiative to involve the sons and daughters of our employees in understanding, debating and learning about human rights. The result was very special, and we can see them in the messages sent by the children and in the book with all the drawings.
