Service and Support Contracts
With a service and support contract, customers are entitled to privileged personal support. Brüel & Kjær provides the following support contracts:
• Pulse Software and Maintenance Agreement
• Help-line - Software and Hardware Support
• Extended Warranty - hardware
• Service Agreements for Vibration Test Systems
The Brüel & Kjær support team is available on our Help Line during normal working hours. The support team is backed up by a global team of skilled product specialists and application engineers. Without an agreement, the support enquiry may take longer due to processing by back office staff and the technical support team.
When asking for support, please have the appropriate type number, use and problem description available. If you are encountering software problems, please have screendumps available.
Service agreements for Vibration Test Systems
The Brüel & Kjær VTS group offers a range of Preventative Maintenance Plans and Service Agreements designed to minimize downtime, maximize the life of your equipment, and avoid unplanned repair costs. The services are performed by Brüel & Kjær factory-trained service professionals, highly trained and specialized in VTS system maintenance and repair.
