Buccaneer Gold Corp. (“Buccaneer” or the “Company”) is a mineral exploration company whose long-term objective is to build a diversified company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties highly prospective for gold in Ghana, West Africa. Buccaneer’s shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the trading symbol BGG.

• Incorporated in Ontario in October 2004 as Verbina Resources Inc. and changed our name to Buccaneer Gold Corp. in April 2011
• Completed an initial public offering in December 2007
