Canterra Minerals is a junior exploration resource company focused on gold exploration in Nevada. The Company also has a large portfolio of uranium properties in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan and Nunavut as well as holding a 33% interest in the Buffalo Hills Diamond Project in Northern Alberta. The Company has additional diamond holdings in the Northwest Territories including the down dip extension of the Snap Lake Diamond Mine currently being operated by De Beers.

The Buffalo Hills property is located 400 kilometres northwest of Edmonton, and is the third largest district of significant diamond-bearing kimberlites in Canada after Lac de Gras in the Northwest Territories and Fort a la Corne in Saskatchewa
