Delta Uranium Inc. (Delta) is an exploration-stage company. The Company and its subsidiaries are involved in the exploration and development of uranium mineral resource properties in Canada. As of February 29, 2012, the Company's Kenora property consisted of one claim located approximately 30 kilometers east of the town of Kenora and 30 kilometers west of the town of Dryden. As of February 29, 2012, the Company had no revenues.
