Halo Resources Ltd. is a resource exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of precious and base metals with mineral interests located in Manitoba and Ontario, Canada. During the fiscal year ended August 31, 2011, the Company holds, options to earn, an interest in 21,394 hectares located in the Sherridon area, north-central Manitoba. The West Red Lake Property is located in Ball Township, Red Lake, Ontario. As of August 31, 2011, the Company has purchased a 100% interest in 10 mining claims covering 2,072 hectares from Endowment Lakes (2002) Limited Partnership (EL). During 2011, it has acquired a 100% interest in three mining claims, covering 536 hectares, from W. Bruce Dunlop Limited NPL and W. Bruce Dunlop. In July 2013, Halo Resources Ltd became a wholly owned subsidiary of Sendero Mining Corp.
