Geodex Minerals Ltd.

Geodex Minerals Ltd. (TSX.V: GXM) is a Canadian-based resource company with a focus on the exploration and development of base and critical metals, in New Brunswick, Canada.

Geodex began exploring in New Brunswick in 2003, attracted to the province by the excellent geological potential and favourable pro-mining government policies. These advantages are highlighted in the Fraser Institute surveys of mining companies published annually, New Brunswick consistently ranks as one of the best jurisdictions worldwide in terms of overall attractiveness for mining investment.

Geodex has achieved a number of successes while exploring over the past decade in New Brunswick. The most notable has been the Sisson project, which is currently moving through the permitting stage towards mine production.

The geology of New Brunswick is prospective for a number of base and critical metals, including tungsten, copper, tin and molybdenum.

Geodex's exploration successes have been achieved by applying a combination of exploration tools in the glacially till covered terrain that can quickly lead to drill programs. Geodex is currently focused on the Benjamin copper-molybdenum, South Dungarvon tin and Pabineau molybdenum projects. The company is planing a drill program on the Benjamin and South Dungarvon Projects subject to financing.
