Kombat Copper Inc. (TSX-V : KBT) is a publicly traded Canadian exploration and development company. Our core operations are focused on copper resources in Namibia, one of the world's most prospective copper regions, where we have substantial assets in place and significant exploration upside.
The Company holds an 80% interest in five Mining Licenses and five Exclusive Prospecting Licenses ("EPLs") in the Otavi Mountainlands, an area of Namibia particularly known for its high-grade copper deposits.
Our Mining Licenses and EPLs are located within close proximity to the Tsumeb Mine, which had 90+ years of production generating 24.7 million tonnes (5.5% CU, 11.8% Pb, 171 g/t Ag), and to one of only five commercial-grade smelters in Africa.
Given current and expected future prices for copper and other minerals, we believe our assets have the potential for considerable economic value creation. We are currently focused on defining a compliant NI 43-101 resource, and determining a schedule and budget for going into production.
