Mag Copper is an exploration and development Company that currently has an option to acquire 100% of the Fabie Bay and Magusi River polymetallic projects (Cu, Zn, Ag, Au) in Quebec from Globex Mining Enterprises Inc. Fabie Bay was in production as recently as 2008 but ceased activities due to falling commodity prices. Mag Copper believes that due to existing infrastructure and the known resources at site, the Fabie Bay and Magusi projects can be returned to production given today’s stronger commodity prices. In addition, the Company has identified a number of high priority targets for future exploration drilling. Exploration drilling is planned to extend the Magusi deposit and test other targets on the property with geological and geophysical characteristics similar to the Magusi and the Fabie Bay Deposits.
