Multi Options Nursing Inc. was founded in 2001. At the time, we specialized exclusively in the recruiting and placement of nursing staff.

 

After becoming the undisputed leader in nurse placement for remote areas, we diversified our services in the mid-2000s to provide our clients with specialized and personalized service in the recruitment and placement of health professionals. In addition to nurses, Multi Options Nursing became a pioneer in providing placement services for medical technologists, medical imagining technicians, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, dentists, medical records administrators, and various other professionals. We also expanded our clientele to serve provincial and federal government organizations across Canada as well as private companies in the energy, mining, oil, forestry, industrial, and other sectors. Since we were offering more than just traditional nurse placement services at that point, we changed our name from Multi Options Nursing to MON+.
