One of our customers shared with us this interesting piece of history, an ice pick from the Sarjeant Ice company. Starting over a century ago the Sarjeant Company harvested ice blocks from Lake Simcoe and Couchiching and shipped it for use in iceboxes all over central Canada and the northern United States.
