Augustine Ventures Inc.
The property is located within the Michipicoten Greenstone Belt, Wawa Sub province of the Archean Superior Province interpreted to represent a western extension of the metal-rich, Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The lithologies on the property consist of intermediate to felsic volcanic rocks intruded by a series intermediate to felsic stocks. The property is transacted by three known regional scale structures previously interpreted to control gold mineralization on the property. The northerly trending Jubilee and Grace-Darwin shears are interpreted as the same zone later offset by the Northwest trending Parkhill shear.

The Wawa Belt has a history of gold and iron mining, with current producers of gold including: The Eagle River that has produced 204,568 ounces of gold sinceits inception and contains 432,000 ounces of reserves
The Edwards Mine that has a total reserve of 153,000 ounces
and the Mishi Deposit that consists of 1,424,000 tonnes grading 4.26g/t. Past producers include the Renabi mine that produced 1 million ounces of gold.

Augustine Ventures Inc. is a junior gold exploration company which has secured an option to earn a 60% interest in the Surluga Gold Project which encompasses 2,345 hectares in McMurray Township, southeast of the town of Wawa. Over 95 percent of the Property consists of leases and/or patents for both mineral and surface rights that are easily accessible. The Property has a known depth extension to 600 meters, a history of past production from the known deposits and a large number of untested but documented gold occurrences on the Property.

Augustine in addition acquired a 100% undivided interest in an additional 161 claim units totalling 2,576 hectares adjacent to its Surluga Gold Project known as the Oakley Lake Property situated in McMurray and Naveau Townships near Wawa, Ontario.

The property has been extensively drilled but not sufficiently drilled at depth. Management intends to commence an exploration program focusing on the deeper higher grade vein deposits which are comparable to other historically successful underground goldmines found in Kirkland Lake, Timmins and Red Lake.
