Coro Mining Corp.

Coro was founded with the goal of building a mining company focused on medium-sized base and precious metals deposits in Latin America. The Company intends to achieve this through the exploration for, and acquisition of, copper projects that can be developed and placed into production. The focus of Coro's activity is on its Berta, El Desesperado and Payen copper properties located in Chile. Coro's San Jorge copper-gold project in Argentina has advanced to the Pre-feasibility Study (PFS) stage and the Company has filed an updated Environmental Impact Study (EIS).

     Chacay project sold for US$2m (with $0.5m to come) plus 1.5%NSR (Apr 2013)
     In discussions to sell Llancahue project
• Retain optionality on San Jorge project in Mendoza, Argentina
     In discussions with a third party.

 
Our Team

Coro is led by a Management Team of proven mine-finders and developers that includes Alan Stephens (former VP Exploration First Quantum Minerals) and Sergio Rivera (former VP Exploration of CODELCO) and supported by an experienced Board of Directors.
