Caracara Silver Inc.

Caracara Silver controls more than 24,000 hectares of land along the Princesa-Pilunani mineralized trend located 210 kilometres north of Juliaca, in Southern Peru. On the key Princesa silver-zinc-lead project, historic drilling of 6,889 metres led to the estimation of NI 43-101 compliant inferred mineral resources of 4.6 million tonnes grading 90.88 grams silver per tonne, 1.69% zinc and 1.66% lead along a zone striking for 1.5 kilometres and to a depth of 150 metres.

The potential to increase resources at Princesa is deemed to be good as the main mineralized zone remains open along strike and at depth.

Caracara Silver is managed by an experienced group of mining officers and directors.

Caracara's management team has years of experience in all facets of mineral exploration, project management and project generation. This includes many years of field management expertise in Peru in a variety of geological settings. Our technical team in Peru, led by Alain Vachon, Vice President-Exploration, is knowledgeable about operating in Peru including in depth knowledge and expertise in community and social relations.

Caracara is committed to operating its business adhering to industry best practises standards with respect to employee safety, environmental practises and to community relations.

Strategy

Caracara Silver seeks to create shareholder value by:
• Investing in our significant land package in the Pilunani-Princesa silver-zinc-lead metallogenic belt to discover and delineate economic silver-lead-zinc resources
• Advancing promising silver deposits through to engineering and feasibility stage and partnering with leading mining companies and end user companies to finance and manage operations
• Searching for accretive merger and acquisition projects

The company has three competitive advantages relative to other junior mining companies in silver:
• A competitive position in Peru and the dominant silver-lead-zinc landholder in the Pilunani-Princesa polymetallic belt
• A high quality portfolio of early to advanced stage silver-lead-zinc projects, many with high grade silver-zinc-lead historical showings
• The style and nature of silver-lead-zinc mineralization, both near surface and with excellent metallurgical recoveries, point to potentially low operating costs
