WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty is particulary used for quick repairs, e.g.:
• Sealing of pipes and tanks
• Anchoring of screws and hooks
• Repairing and building-up of castings
• Repairing of shafts, bearings, pumps and casings
• Reconditioning of defective threads
• Making of patterns and models for trial series
• Repairing of aluminium, light metal and diecast parts
The cured material can be mecanically machined (e.g. drilled, filed, milled) and overpainted without pretreatment.

WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty is an easy-to-apply, cold curing two-component putty suitable for:
• sealing
• fastening
• bonding
• repairing
WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty bonds to:
metals
wood
glass
rubber
ceramics
concrete
most plastics.
The mixing ratio by volume and weight is 1:1.
WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty hardens to a metal-like material within 3 hours at room temperature. Heat will accelerate the hardening. Working time is 20 - 40 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature.
When filling with glass cloths, WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty is also suitable to fill larger gaps.
WEICON Epoxy Resin Putty is temperature resistant up to +200°C and will also resist fuels, oil, ester, salt water as well as most acids and lyes.
