BN STANDARD PROCESS PUMPS
The pump casing, impeller, shaft sleeve are all made of high quality materials to resist corrosion and wear from harsh liquids. The liquid-end material options include polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), ethylene-chlorotrofluoro-ethylene (E-CTFE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The pump casing is completely encased in epoxy-coated cast iron. The impeller is machined from a thermoplastic material chosen for compatibility with the pumped liquids. It has a dynamically balanced steel core designed to absorb large amounts of torque, ensuring a longer impeller service life.

All Tecnium pumps are designed for ease of maintenance for their operations. The back pullout design of BN pumps allows for the removal of the frame, impeller, shaft and mechanical seal without disassembly from the suction and discharge piping. The motor remains in place as well. The alloy steel shaft is protected by a thermoplastic sleeve, isolating it completely from the fluid being pumped. These design features, along with the high quality materials, ensure the longest operating life of the pump with lowest maintenance and repair costs.
