The Model FRP-AS Precleaner is a heavy-duty unit designed for precleaning of carryback material at the conveyor discharge pulley. The FRP-AS uses air tension actuators for consistent contact with the pulley face. The solid blade assures even pressure across the pulley.

A specially formulated rubber blade media enhances blade life. More belt friendly than urethane, the R2000 blade media reduces wear on belts and splices. Each unit furnished complete with mounting flanges, reinforced rubber cleaning blade and compact air tension system. Cleaners are available for all belt widths.
