LARGE BORE BW-1200

The BW-1200 500 Amp Bore Welder is our most powerful MIG welder with an extraordinary range of 12 to 120 inches and optional weld strokes of 24, 36 and 48 inches.  This exceptional machine has a maximum current is 500 amps and runs wire sizes from .045 to .062. Torch lengths are available from 12 inches to 10 feet depending on requirements. The welder comes with a water cooled torch configured to meet specific applications. This welder has many programmable operation modes including precision step process for circular OD/ID, segmented, skip, uni/bidirectional and pause and resume. Optional Stand is available for mounting.

EASY WELD BW-612

The Easy Weld BW-612 is a compact yet highly capable bore welding system specializing in ID or OD weld build up and repair.  This machine can easily cover the majority of bore repair work with a range of 1.5 to 12”, has a standard 6in stroke (optional 12in) and utilizes step technology allowing a complete first and final pass of the bore, as opposed to spiral bead machines.  The York Easy Weld can be used with any wire feeder that has burn-back control and has a simple remote control that adjusts the torch rotation speed and turns the wire feeder on and off. The Easy Weld can weld in any position and mounts to the same Universal Mounting System that supports the boring bar.

SMART WELD BW-830

The Smart Weld BW-830 is a full function MIG bore welding system for ID or OD weld build-up and repair.  It has an industry leading bore range of 1.5 to 30” and utilizes step technology allowing a complete first and final pass of the bore, as opposed to spiral bead machines. This machine will increase your productivity with preprogrammed modes for Circular weld, Segment weld, Skip weld and automatically performs weld speed calculations, preventing costly mistakes.
