The BW-1200 500 Amp Bore Welder is our most powerful MIG welder with an extraordinary range of 12 to 120 inches and optional weld strokes of 24, 36 and 48 inches. This exceptional machine has a maximum current is 500 amps and runs wire sizes from .045 to .062. Torch lengths are available from 12 inches to 10 feet depending on requirements. The welder comes with a water cooled torch configured to meet specific applications. This welder has many programmable operation modes including precision step process for circular OD/ID, segmented, skip, uni/bidirectional and pause and resume. Optional Stand is available for mounting.
