Rebuildable Buckets
MTI has designed our rebuildable bucket with versatility in mind.  It can be rebuilt on the job site in an efficient and timely manner.  The rebuildable bucket is designed for maximum job life and offers a lower maintenance cost than conventional buckets.  Repair times have been minimized while structural life increased by using abrasion resistant materials to fabricate wear parts for high wear areas.  The result in less material loss plus lower repair and operating costs. MTI expects a wear life increase of 50 - 100% over standard plate lip and even heavy duty buckets.
 
MTI rebuildable buckets including the ejecto style are essentially designed to increase productivity and to eliminate downtime throughout its wear cycle. Replacement wear components on new or used buckets will be determined by the mining application and customer preference.
 
In addition, rebuildable ejecto-buckets have been added to the MTI’s product list to increase mining productivity and to decrease cost per ton.

Advantages
