Concrete Restoration Systems
The Concrete Restoration Systems line provides a full spectrum of solutions for bridges, stadiums and public facilities, and MAPEI’s technical support can work with state DOTs and facility managers alike. The product line also includes coatings and sealers, decorative toppings, waterproofing products, epoxy adhesives and corrosion protection products.
Planitop 18 TG is a one-component, shrinkage-compensated, very rapid-hardening, trowel-grade, cementitious repair mortar with a corrosion inhibitor. Planitop 18 TG gains strength rapidly and is particularly suited for all horizontal concrete repairs from 1/2" to 2" (12 mm to 5 cm) thickness when applied neat and up to 8" (20 cm) when extended with aggregate.
Planitop 23 is a two-component, fast-setting, polymer-modified, thixotropic, fiber-reinforced cementitious repair mortar with a corrosion inhibitor. Planitop 23 is intended for vertical and overhead repairs, and contains silica fume to provide a durable, high-strength mortar in these applications.
Planigrout 712 is a one-component, nonshrinking, nonmetallic, cement-based grout. Planigrout 712 contains a corrosion inhibitor and silica fume, as well as a special blend of fine aggregate and plasticizers that provide exceptional placing and performance characteristics.
Planigrout 350 is a high-performance epoxy grout that can be placed in deep-pour applications and where high compressive and dynamic strengths are required.
