CG-XXX GROUT PUMPS

For small applications, the CG-050 piston grout pumps can produce discharge rates up to 5 US gal/min. It features a loading hopper directly mounted on the suction of the pump. The pumps can be driven manually, hydraulically or by air. Their aluminum construction and skid mounting means an easy to transport lightweight product. The hydraulically driven model can produce pressures up to 400 psi (lb/po²). A larger piston grout pump is also available, the CG-030, that features a 30 US gallon hopper and discharges up to 16 US gal/min. This model can be skid or wheel mounted, air or hydraulically driven.

Design

The pumps can be driven manually, hydraulically or by air. Their aluminum construction and skid mounting means an easy to transport lightweight product. The hydraulically driven model can produce pressures up to 400 psi (lb/po²). A larger piston grout pump is also available, the CG-030, that features a 30 US gallon hopper and discharges up to 16 US gal/min. This model can be skid or wheel mounted, air or hydraulically driven.

 

Progressing cavity pumps are available as Open-Throat (CG-C4, CG-C6 and CG-J8) and as Flanged-Inlet (CG-L4, CG-L6, CG-L8 and CG-L10). They are ideal for pumping particularly abrasive, viscous and solid-laden materials. The speed of the drive can be varied to control the discharge rate. The controls are centralized for optimum efficiency when working with the pump. They can be hydraulically, electrically or air powered.

The double acting plunger pumps CG-3X8 offer the highest discharge pressures of all. These skid-mounted pumps can produce pressures up to 2000 psi (lb/po²), have hoppers up to 40 US gallons in size and can pump up to 32 US gal/min.
