The Würth chemical dispenser mixes water with concentrated cleaning chemicals and dispenses these solutions.
• It is set up to dispense 2 chemicals, one at high flow thanks to a 4 gpm valve (for pails and buckets), and one at low flow thanks to a 1 gpm valve (specially designed to fill bottles and avoid too much foaming).
• The dispensing unit comes with 14 different colour-coded metering tips, each offering a different dilution ratio.
• The dispenser is equipped with ASSE 1055B approved back flow devices.
Water supply requirements: min. 20psi (1.38 bars) and max. 125psi (8.62 bars)
Water temperature: max. 65.5ºC (150ºF)
What comes with the dispensing unit:
2 X vacuuming hoses (¼” ID 8” length)
1 X dispensing hose (½” ID X 6” length)
1 X 14 metering tips (for dilution ratios)
2 X ceramic weights (to keep hoses at the bottom of the chemicals containers)
1 X set of chemical identification labels
1 X set of 4 screws and 4 plastic anchors (to fix dispenser on wall)
