Repair / Condition Report

 

Upon purchase inspection, the following was completed:

• Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

• Transmission filter was also cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

• Transmission suction strainer was clean.

• Hydraulic filter was clean.

• Both final drive oil levels were good and oils were clean.

 

Following are the repairs and tests completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 8125 hours:

• Resealed the steering control valve.

• Adjusted the steering control linkage.

• Replaced the fuel check valve.

• Replaced the battery cable ends and cleaned the terminals.

• Load tested the batteries and they were okay.

• Resealed the pump drive covers on the left and right sides on the engine side of the flywheel housing.

• Installed a NEW radiator cap.

• Installed NEW fan belts and air conditioning belt.

• Checked the air conditioning system for proper operation.

• NEW cannon seals were installed on the telescopic left and right track frames.

• Installed all NEW track frame wear guides.

• Installed NEW track pads.

• Checked the wipers, heater, lights and gauges, etc.

• Installed a NEW front crankshaft seal.

• Removed and resealed the transmission pump.

• Installed a NEW transmission pressure hose.

• Installed a NEW starter solenoid.

• Installed a NEW engine oil pan gasket.

• Installed NEW corner bits on the blade.

• NEW pins and bearings installed on the blade assembly.

• Turned the cutting edges on the blade and NEW hardware was installed.

• Greased all universal joints.

• Installed rear lights.

• Changed the transmission oil using T0430.

• Installed NEW windshield washer pumps.

• A NEW hydraulic accumulator was installed.

• Replaced the coolant sight glass and checked the antifreeze strength.

• Installed a NEW turbo charger drain line.

• Checked the engine high idle and it is within Caterpillar specifications.

• Checked the torque converter stall speed and it is within Caterpillar specifications.

• This tractor is now ready to go.
