Repair / Condition Report

Following are repairs and services completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 7915 hours:

• Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

• Hydraulic and transmission filters were also clean.

• Transmission suction strainer was clean.

• Both final drive oil levels were good and oils were clean.

• Engine high idle was checked and it was within Caterpillar specifications.

• Torque converter stall speed was also checked and is also within Caterpillar specifications.

• A NEW "Waste Gate" actuator was installed on the turbo charger.

• Installed NEW batteries.

• Repaired the door wiper assemblies.

• Replaced the cab air filter.

• Removed both track frames and installed NEW cannon bearings, sleeves and seals.

• Installed a NEW wear guide on the track frame bogies.

• Repaired miscellaneous leaks.

• Installed NEW pins and bearings on the blade assembly.

 

Following is a list of repairs completed by the local Caterpillar dealership:

• In November 2012 at 6844 hours - Wet turn on chains, pins and bushings and NEW track bolts and nuts were installed. $8087.00 was spent.

REBUILT blade tilt cylinder and $1634.00 was spent.

• In September 2012 at 7051 hours - Installed NEW #2 injector and $2271.00 was spent.

• In July 2012 - Repaired steering system, changed several sensors and switches and $4738.00 was spent.

• In June 2012 at 6310 hours - Repaired the final drive and hub and $9016.00 was spent.

• In April 2012 at 6167 hours - Resealed and rebearinged the left final drive.

• In September 2011 at 4994 hours - Resealed and resleeved left track frame cannon.

• In August 2011 at 4612 hours - REBUILT both final drives and $20,592.00 was spent.

• This is a nice and clean tractor that is ready to go.
