• Using as fine a wire as will perform the job satisfactorily will result in longer brush life.Greater wire fatigue and breakage is more likely to occur when coarser wire is used. • Longer trim length increases brush flexibility. • Use the appropriate adapter style to achieve the desired arbor hole size. • Small diameter copper centre wheels can be gang-mounted on drive arbors to achieve a wider brush face. |
EZmount™ crimped wire wheel eliminates mounting problems commonly found with other bench brushes. It is designed with a flat side profile that matches all mounting flanges on pedestal and bench grinders for a correct fit. Easy installation takes seconds. The telescoping bushing is self-sizing and makes full width contact to prevent the brush from falling into spindle threads.
Encapsulation material gradually wears away to consistently maintain a short trim length for more aggressive brushing and long service life. Elastomer provides precision control of contact area on workpiece.
