Demolition & Recycling Attachments

AMI Attachments is an industry leading North American manufacturer of quality, reliable attachments for excavators, backhoes, wheel loaders and other heavy construction equipment. With a head office and manufacturing facility in Ontario, west of Toronto in the Region of Waterloo, AMI Attachments serves the heavy equipment attachment market across Canada and the United States.

The AMI Axxis PowerTilt Mechanical Pin Grab Coupler offers the same features as a standard AMI coupler, but with the additional versatility of 180 degrees rotation on 25-70 series excavators and 120-degrees on 130-400 series excavators. Ideal for sloped trenching, excavating around foundations and sidewalks, as well as ditch cleaning, the Axxis PowerTilt Mechanical Pin Grab Coupler requires one set of bi-directional auxiliary hydraulics to operate the tilt function and also requires a Coupler Control Kit for the Hydraulic Pin Grab.

Connecting ease-of-use with jobsite safety and versatile operation is the AMI Axxis PowerTilt Hydraulic Pin Grab Coupler. With five integrated safety features, you receive all the safety benefits of our Hydraulic Pin Grab Coupler while gaining the added capability of 180 degree rotation on 25-70 series excavators and 120-degrees on 130-400 series excavators.

Standing strong in the concrete jungle is the AMI Kraken Concrete Pulverizer – the fast and simple way to crush concrete. Built for durable, long-term use, the Kraken Concrete Pulverizer is fully mechanical, made with Hardox wear points and requires no auxiliary hydraulics. Available for use with a coupler or direct pin-on, the Kraken Concrete Pulverizer is ready to claim new ground. Optional rebar shear available.

From demolishing buildings to clearing brush and lifting heavy objects, the Graptor Rake sweeps through the toughest debris for maximum productivity on the job site. Featuring tines built with Hardox 450 steel and a round tube crossbar for an extra level of lateral strength, the Graptor Rake works efficiently to take down buildings and move unwanted brush – while keeping dumping and transportation costs to a minimum. With its built-in rotary actuated thumb, the Graptor Rake gives operators improved flexibility, precision and incredible holding power by maintaining a constant grip on the load throughout the entire rotation. US patents 10,774,498 and 10,774,501.

The AMI Attachments Graptor Bucket is the only integrated thumb bucket powered by a helical actuator, producing up to 54,000 foot-pounds of torque at 3000 PSI. Holding strength like this maintains constant grip on the load throughout the bucket’s entire rotation. This makes the Graptor Bucket perfect for handling large, heavy objects or grabbing bucketfuls of debris. Starting with AMI’s Heavy Duty Digging Bucket made with Hardox and Strenx structural steel, aggressive serrated sidebars are added or choose optional bolt-on side cutters. US patents 10,774,498 and 10,774,501.

When it’s demo day, look no further than the Graptor Demolition Bucket to take on the task at hand! The Graptor Demolition Bucket combines the versatility and precision of the Graptor Bucket with an extra level of strength for demolition applications. This bucket features a Hardox® 500 wear package and replaceable thumb for increased wear performance. For increased durability, replaceable weld-on teeth come standard on the bucket. Weld-on adaptors plus teeth are available as an alternate option. US patents 10,774,498 and 10,774,501.

High performance strength meets cutting-edge agility with AMI Attachments’ Extractor - the versatile demolition and sorting grapple capable of taking down buildings, moving large volumes of material, and picking through fine recyclables. Built for strenuous work, the Extractor is made with Hardox Wear Plates and Strenx steel and moves higher volumes of material using less fuel - cycle after cycle. The Extractor rotates 360 degrees and features flexible jaw operation with edge-to-edge contact, reversible cutting edges, and zero clearance design for maximum productivity.
