COMPACT AIR-OPERATED DOUBLE DIAPHRAGM PUMPS

The Compact Series pumps come in standard 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 and 3/4 in sizes, making them ideal to install directly onto your application. This removes the need for a fitting and a possible leak point. Their bolted construction ensures leak-free fluid handling, resulting in lower maintenance. The modular design allows easy serviceability. Standard on most Compact Series models, the “unbalanced" air valve design eliminates valve centering and pump stall-out, even under low air inlet pressures. Also standard on most models, ARO’s SimulShift valve provides an ultra-positive, reliable shift signal that avoids stall-out. It also provides a faster trip-over with less pulsation and superior laminar material flow.

The Compact Series pumps come in a selection of metallic and non-metallic materials to suit a wide range of applications. For optimum chemical compatibility and corrosion resistance, non-metallic models come in a PVDF, polypropylene or groundable acetal body. Metallic models are offered with an aluminum or stainless steel body for the best overall durability and corrosion-resistance even in the toughest applications and environments.
