Leak Detection Powder and UV Lamps

Eliminating the need for time consuming hand-eye inspection, the Albarrie Leak Detection System uses a specifically formulated fluorescent powder and an ultraviolet black light to quickly and efficiently pinpoint leaks in fabric bags, seams and welds.

The Albarrie leak detection powder is completely foolproof, non-toxic, and simple to use. This system works for wire cage, shaker, reverse air and cartridge-type collectors and is designed to ensure proper installation of new bags.

 

This test confirms exactly which bags have holes and need to be replaced; as well as, aids in the identification of baghouse compartments which may be experiencing difficulties and causing failures.
