HEU can be installed on to any drilling machine. It is compact, easy to install. Only hydraulic pressure, return lines and water supply are need to be attached. The expansion head is available either for manual pistol use or as an attachment on to the bolter.
HOW DOES THE DYNASET HEU HYDRAULIC EXPANSION UNIT WORK?
HEU Hydraulic Expansion unit uses base machine’s hydraulic system. When the hydraulic oil flow is turned on the unit is ready to operate and the expansion can be started. The HEU unit monitors the expansion and releases the bolt automatically when correct pressure level is reached.
