Vibration isolation pads have a variety of industrial and non-industrial applications to help reduce shock and noise. Typically used under equipment to dampen noise and vibration in floor caused by medium and high speed equipment; application include: Air conditioners, cooling towers, compressors, fans, generators, pumps, piping, process equipment, transformers, etc.
Vibration mounts are used to keep mechanical and electrical equipment from transmitting shock, vibration, and noise to the building. Some examples of the types of machines that use vibration mounts include switchgear, transformers, boilers, cooling towers, and compressors.
Vibration isolation hangers use a spring mechanism to dampen vibrations and isolate vibrations from the structure. They are used for suspended objects such as fans, ductwork, and piping.
Eaton's B-Line series vibration control solutions helps act as an energy absorption barrier between equipment and mounting material. The solutions include Vibra-Clamp, Vibra-Cushion, Iso-Pipe, and Vibra-Strip, and are designed for use with refrigeration lines, HVAC, copper tubing, glass pipe and hydraulic lines.
