End-Suction Centrifugal Pumps

Technosub has developed a customer-based approach ensuring that the proposed solution is exactly what the customer needs.

MP Series Pumps are designed to handle coarse abrasives while providing robust service life in a slurry pump. Cornell Pump Company’s MP Mining Pump Series combines 70 years of innovation in pump manufacturing and design, with our highly regarded patented Cycloseal® technology. Offering high operating pressures, the MP pumps are specifically designed for coarse abrasive slurry applications such as sand, gravel, coal, manure, and mine dewatering. The oversize shafts, thick volutes, CD4MCA impellers, and other features allow it to operate in harsh conditions longer than a standard slurry pump.

This non-clogging performer is designed to handle fluids containing large solids (up to the full diameter of the discharge); fragile solids, such as crystals, carbon and even live shellfish; abrasives; as well as long fibrous and stringy materials.

High Chrome and CD4 as standard
Patented Impeller release mechanism
Patented externally adjustable wear ring
Increased wall thickness for additional wear availability
Increased efficiencies in state of the art slurry pump design
Front and back pull out design

The closed impeller HNC-B (DBC) vertical pump is a power lifter with high efficiencies. Heavy-duty bearings and oversized shaft with no submerged bearings or seals. Capable of transporting up to 10,000 GPM, and up to 500 ft TDH. Many metallurgies available.

Designed to handle high head applications while providing a long service life, the MX SERIES pumps have multi-vane, enclosed CA6NM impellers designed for industry leading efficiency of up to 78%.

The N series fill the need of medium-duty solids handling capabilities, with efficiencies up to 82%, solids handling sizes of up 10.2”, and flows up to 38,000 GPM. Cornell’s N series pumps can be found in a wide range of applications in the Municipal, Agricultural, and Industrial markets; and are available in a variety of mounting configurations including close-coupled, SAE engine mount, horizontal, and vertical mounted.

The SM Series of pumps are unlined high chrome white iron wet ends for a wide range of slurry applications. All pumps are design to a maximum working pressure of 600 PSI and can be used for series pumping. The product line has many options to match a wide range of applications. A variety of gland seal arrangements provide the ultimate in flexibility for heavy-duty applications.

Cornell’s new slurry pumps expand our line of dewatering pumping solutions to abrasive applications in the mining process industry. With Cornell’s patented Cycloseal® technology, our slurry pumps are built to operate without flush water.
