The HRP is a hose handling system that can hold up to 150 ft (46 m) of 1 in. (25 mm) ID hose. The reel is driven by the hose as the hose pusher feeds the hose in and out, therefore requiring no drive mechanism for the reel. The controls for the hose pusher can be either pneumatic or hydraulic. This unit can be operated as a stand alone unit or can be directly coupled to the MCU2000. When connected to the MCU2000, this hose handling system will automatically start retracting at the set speed when the pump is started and will stop when the pump stops. Custom adapters can be designed to suit special applications and help with directing the hose towards the boreholes.
The EZ2LOAD delivery system is designed to deliver Orica’s bulk product. The unit consists of a 2500 lbs capacity emulsion tank and a 25 gal water tank. The system integrates a high-pressure diaphragm pump with up to 230psi of pumped product. Available options are a wireless remote control and a batch preset counter.
