VR420 Involution Cyclone

VR440 Involution Cyclone
1800 CFM rated, the ground-breaking RC Involution Cyclone combines inlet velocity reduction with off-the-shelf ceramic liners. By intensifying centrifugal effect, it minimizes wear whilst giving you increased sampling collection efficiency.
 
Interval Drop Box, PLC and Pneumatic Controller
One of the most important products in the VR series sampling equipment, the Interval Drop Box provides you with a highly effective seal against the violent vortexes created in the cyclone when delivering material to the splitter. It also incorporates 60 liters of storage capacity without increasing system height, and features internal wear protection and self-sealing gates. It incorporates a manual control system, in order to integrate with other cyclones and splitters.
 
Interval Drop Box and Manual Controller
The Interval Drop Box is a key product in the VR series sampling equipment. It provides you with an effective seal against the violent vortexes created in the cyclone when delivering material to the splitter. It uses a manual control system, in order to integrate with other cyclones and splitters.
 
Rotaport Cone Splitter
The Rotaport Cone Splitter dramatically improves your sample representations by rotating the cutting ports below the sampling cone. This particularly applies when material flow bias is present. It's also completely safety interlocked, with user-friendly controls, and sample bag loading and unloading from a single waist-high loading point. Choose from 4, 6, 8 or 10% sample split blades, to suit your particular sample recovery needs.
 
Diverter Valve VR420
The Diverter Valve VR420 prevents moisture from entering the emission filter during wet drilling. When you deploy it in wet drilling conditions the Diverter Valve VR420 opens to divert moist drilling air directly to the atmosphere after exiting the cyclone, thus protecting the emission filter's filter bag. It also simultaneously opens at the rear, allowing the exhaust fan to be switched off during wet drilling.
 
Diverter Valve VR440
The Diverter Valve VR440 prevents moisture from entering the emission filter during wet drilling. When you use it in wet drilling conditions the Diverter Valve VR440 will open to re-direct moist drilling air straight to the atmosphere after exiting the cyclone, thus protecting the emission filter's filter bag. It also simultaneously opens at the rear, allowing the exhaust fan to be switched off during wet drilling.
 
Emission Filter VR420
Rated up to 1800 CFM, the Emission Filter VR420 is designed to prevent dust emissions from entering the atmosphere during your drilling process. It incorporates an exhaust fan designed to overcome sampling system pressure drops, and convert high positive drilling air pressures. This provides your drill string with manageable negative pressures.
 
Emission Filter VR440
Rated up to 2700 CFM, the Emission Filter VR440 is designed to prevent dust emissions from entering the atmosphere during your drilling process. It incorporates an exhaust fan designed to overcome sampling system pressure drops, and convert high positive drilling air pressures. This provides your drill string with manageable negative pressures.
