The Smoke Alarm is a multiple station device consisting of a dual chamber ionization smoke alarm. Up to twelve smoke alarms can be interconnected. (Interconnect Voltage 8 Vdc).

A power on LED illuminates to indicate the smoke alarm is powered.

Upon detection of smoke, the power on LED will extinguish on the unit in alarm to indicate the source. Detection of smoke will also sound the built-in alarm horn. The alarm horn will silence once the smoke alarm is returned to normal. The relay will close its normally open contacts on alarm.

Convenient, detachable mounting plates provide simple installation on a standard four inch octagonal electrical box.

A test button is provided to check that the smoke alarms are operational. Operation of the test button on one unit will cause all interconnected smoke alarms to sound.
