Due to Canada's diverse weather conditions, condensation continually forms in dry pipe systems. Eventually this condensation settles to the low point drains requiring additional winterizing (draining).
It is the owner’s responsibility to check and drain “low point drains” of collected condensation prior to any cold weather.
Not only can we provide this additional winterizing service to you, we can also provide training to your staff on how to perform this procedure correctly.
