Repair / Condition Report

• Photos are prior to unit arrival to our yard and will be updated once unit comes in.

• This unit was Caterpillar dealer owned and maintained since new.

Upon purchase inspection, the following repairs were completed:

• A NEW left final drive seal was installed.

• Removed and resealed the stick hydraulic cylinder.

• Checked all grease points.

• Installed both bucket cylinder relief circuit valves.

• Checked and load tested the batteries.

• Replaced one of the batteries.

• This is an excellent and ready to go excavator.
