Repair / Condition Report

11612 Hours - ECM Idle Hours: 1366

• This machine was serviced, checked over and rented to a local contractor for about 800 hours and worked very well.

• We can put you in touch with the operator if you wish.

• All filters were clean and so were the two final drives.

Following are the repairs/maintenance completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 11,612 hours upon return from the contractor:

• Machine was serviced.

• Engine oil filter was cut open and checked for contaminates, it was clean.

• Hydraulic filters were cut open and checked and they were clean.

• Final drive oil levels were good and oils were clean.

• Resealed brake assemblies as they had a small amount of oil seeping from them.

• Resealed the counterweight removal left cylinder.

• Installed a NEW overhead window and seal.

• Checked and cleaned the air conditioning system.

• Recovered the seat assembly.

• Installed a NEW front window.

• Replaced the seal on the front window.

• Replaced the lens and bulb on the tool bin light.

• Changed the final drive oils.

• Checked the heater system for proper operation.

• Lubed the counterweight lifting chains.

• Installed a NEW cab light cover.

• Replaced the accumulator.

• All engine speeds with full load or high idle was checked.

• All hydraulic pressures were checked and results are available.
