Total Idle Hours: 386 at 1566 Hours

• Upon arrival, this unit was serviced.

• Engine oil filter was cut open and it was clean.

• Hydraulic filter was also cut open and it was clean as well.

• Complete unit was inspected for needed repairs.

Following are the repairs completed by Marcel Equipment Limited at 1553 hours:

• Inspected and measured all internal wear plates and replaced if not within specifications.

• Checked all control panel lights for proper operation.

• Repaired the ground switch.

• Repaired the leak on the crush adjusting cylinder.

• Checked the travel pressures and set them to 4060 PSI.

• Repaired the wiring to the vibrating hopper solenoid.

• Installed a NEW crusher V pulley flywheel.

• Installed a NEW crusher shaft bearing on the pulley side.

• Installed a NEW carrier roller on the main belt.

• Installed NEW apron chains on the upper inlet cover.

• Replaced the lower left bearing on the steel discharge belt tail pulley.

• Installed a NEW grizzly.

• Repaired left track adjuster.
