General Construction
• All steel bucket with welded steel channel or flat bar stiffeners.
• Replaceable bronze bushing inserts in an all steel pivot shaft bracket.
• All aluminium buckets can be manufactured if hoist rope conditions dictate smaller conveyance weights. Dumping and pivot points remain steel.
• Aluminum and steel buckets are completely lined with A.R.S. or 400 BHN steel plate with a wooden cushion under the bottom liner.
 
Shaft Guidance
• Pneumatic of polyurethane wheels available as design requires.
• Other guide roller adjustment designs available, such as serrated plates or eccentric axle adjustments.
