The Importance of Secondary Belt Cleaners – At ASGCO® we recognize that conveyors are the product lifelines to any plant. It is important that all conveyor systems run efficiently in moving your products from one production unit to the next without failure or any unscheduled downtime.
Versatile, adjustable, powder coated steel brackets and plates that can be mounted on the conveyor structure so pre-cleaners and secondary belt cleaners can be easily and quickly bolted into place. Also available in stainless steel upon request.
The ASGCO® Vibrating Dribble Chute combines a vibrator with a unique isolation mount and a low-friction UHMW chute liner to prevent buildup in dribble chutes.
The ASGCO® Replacement Blade Assembly has been created to retrofit your existing Richwood™ 1C or 3C Belt Cleaner system, without forcing you to replace your entire belt cleaner system.
Diagonal Plows are designed to discharge fugitive material from one side of the conveyor system. Our diagonal plow belt cleaner is build of a rugged steel structure to hold up in the toughest mining environments.
The patented Hinged V-Plow™ is designed to effectively keep bulk material becoming trapped within the conveyor – between the tail pulley and the belt. The unique patented design of the “Hinge” part of the V-plow allows you to change the amount of angle the plow can have from 30, 45, or 60-degree angle.
The V-Plow XD™ Belt Cleaner is designed for the toughest mining environments. They reduce build-up on the tail and take-up pulleys to improve belt alignment problems and thus reduce belt edge damage within the conveyor system.
The ASGCO® Wash Box™ is installed as a secondary conveyor belt cleaner and is designed to work on the return side of the conveyor belt. Each steel enclosed box is equipped with a combination of pressure rollers, spray bars and Razor-Back® belt cleaners. It can also be customized to meet a conveyor systems’ needs. The nozzles apply a spray of water which softens the bulk material carry-back and lubricates to maintain effective cleaning pressure. The ASGCO® Wash Box™ provides the highest degree in belt cleaning technology.
The Chevron™ Disk Belt Cleaner uses the speed and force of the belt rolling over our patented rubber disks. The unique rotary fingers are forced against the base of the chevrons to dislodge material from the belt.
Our Chevron Brush Cleaner is designed for difficult applications, fines, and fibers, including wood dust, cement dust, salt, sugar, and fertilizer.
The ASGCO® Dry Wipe™ Belt Cleaner is designed to be the final cleaner in a cleaning system on the conveyor belt. When there is still water remaining on the belt after the primary and secondary cleaners have done their job, this can cause a mess along the belt line. The squeegee effect of the Dry Wipe Cleaning system can wipe the belt dry.
