Guardian Acrylic Exterior Latex

Guardian is an ultra-premium, 100% acrylic latex paint designed for exterior finish. The Guardian line is designed to deliver the highest level of protection. With superior adhesion, flexibility, weathering and self- priming capability this coating delivers a barrier that will repel dirt and debris, reduce mildew growth extending the life of the coating.

Fortified with our X-Link Technology, this 100% acrylic latex paint coating has exceptional early water resistance and low temperature capability, which allows this paint to be applied during earlier or later in the painting season. This product has excellent hide, flow, and leveling properties making it an ideal choice for professional applicators.

 

02603 Acrylic Exterior Latex Flat

 

The Guardian Exterior Flat 100% Acrylic Latex is a premium latex finish for use on stucco, masonry and primed wood. This product provides a durable film with excellent resistance to fading, chalking, alkali burnout & surfactant leaching. A flat finish that masks the effects of uneven light refraction on irregular surfaces such as concrete precast, tilt-up precast construction and all exterior textured substrates. 

 

This product may also be applied to exterior metal and galvanized surfaces where proper surface preparation and applicable primers will be required. Provides a rich, even finish with excellent hiding properties. Guardian Flat Latex can be applied when air and substrate temperatures are as low as 3°C (37.4°F).

 

RECOMMENDED USES

 

For exterior stucco, masonry, primed wood, fibre cement board, metal or weathered vinyl or aluminum siding

For use on new Tilt-up and high-rise construction

New colours for vinyl siding must by lighter than original colour. Apply at temperatures above 3°C (37.4°F)

A stain blocking primer is strongly recommended for application to new cedar wood

02703 Acrylic Exterior Latex Satin

 

A super premium quality 100% acrylic latex exterior finish for use on stucco, masonry, primed wood, exterior metal and galvanized surfaces where proper surface preparation and applicable primers are required. 

 

Ideal for aluminum and weathered vinyl siding (dark colours not recommended on vinyl siding as heat absorption can cause vinyl to ripple). A super premium quality product with excellent hiding and durability in a rich, low sheen finish.

 

RECOMMENDED USES

 

Use on exterior stucco, masonry, primed wood, metal, weathered vinyl or aluminum siding

Repaint colour of vinyl siding must be lighter than original colour
