BSA STATIONARY CONCRETE PUMPS

One of the important design characteristics of BSA pumps is Putzmeister’s S-tube. This is the ideal transfer tube for stationary concrete pumps due to minimal mass forces and a very quiet operation with quick switch-over. It is ideal for placing difficulty concrete with a grain size up to 63mm and is highly wear resistant.

Another great feature is the EPS (Ergonic Pump System). This system regulates the concrete pump fully electronically and ensures the pumping process runs perfectly. Pump data such as delivery pressures, delivery rate, hydraulic pressure and many other signals are actively coordinated. A graphic display allows the operator to display important information and set individual parameters.

The optimized hopper shape reduces concrete settlement and residual concrete, and also facilitates the cleaning process. The automatic ring prevents the bleeding out of concrete and reduces the danger of blockages. The low-laying agitator keeps the mix homogenous and guides the concrete directly in the front of the cylinder openings without sucking in air. This results in a high filling rate, a continuous flow of concrete and a high delivery performance.
