Plastruct Polyzone Inc.

Materials

We are a stocking distributor of plastic sheets, rods, and profiles. We also manufacture plastic machined parts, plastic welded fabrications and bulk material polymer lining systems. Our experienced team of employees are committed to being a trustworthy and reliable plastics supplier that cares about our customers needs.

Customers purchase Haulk to haul the materials no other liner can touch. Pioneered in the logging industry 20 years ago, Haulk Truck lining technology was recently re-formulated for use in dump trucks. The addition of a diamond-like wear surface, increase truck liner life above all current systems. This allow use in industries previously not able to utilize the benefits of a quick release polymer liner.

If your looking for a affordable yet highly effective Polymer Truck Liner Durapro is the right choice! Durapro truck liners allow for the steady release of materials all year around. DuraPro is designed for both northern sub-zero temperatures and southern high temperatures. UHMW-PE Durapro liners are constructed with specially blended release agents designed to provide maximum release with minimum wear.

Capped Bolts are an elevator bolt that have a molded TIVAR® or urethane cap. Installed correctly they will ensure a completely smooth and flush surface of the liner to avoid hangups. They also seal the liner so bulk materials don't creep behind and cause premature wear or damage to the liner. This is a two sided method of fastening so the are fastened through the substrate and secured on the back side. Ensure access is available both inside and outside when fastening your TIVAR® and/or Plastruthane® liner with capped bolts.

Protect your straps and your product with our brickboards and wareboards. The National Safety Code for Motor Carriers - Standard 10, Div 4 - Tiedowns makes specific reference to edge protection (Section 20). MTO and DOT standards also encourage edge protection for cargo securement. Our brickboards are simple and effective and work in all regions from hot sun to freezing temperatures.

Plastruthane® sheets are tough, resilient elastomeric urethane specifically designed for use in applications requiring abrasion resistance. Plastruthane® is easily installed and comes recommended for use in material handling of any abrasive material including grain, soybeans, coal, taconite pellets, copper ore, phosphate rock, sand, gravel, salt and wood chips. Plastruthane can be custom cut and machined to fit hoppers and bins, chutes, and discharges on cement trucks for example.

FoodZone baseboard profile from Plastruct Polyzone is manufactured using resins approved for food processing and storage areas (non-contact) and is used in high traffic cold storage, freezers and warehousing where resistance to moisture absorption and ability to sanitize are important. Manufactured in 10 foot lengths, and approximately 6" high our Foodzone baseboard is manufactured with solid construction to provide protection from pallets and moving equipment.

FRP

FRP wall panels are ideal for food processing facilities, restaurants, commercial buildings and wash facilities. Because they are manufactured using a patented process that includes a Glasboard surfaseal anti-bacterial layer, graffitti, food spills and other tough dirt are easily cleaned. They are recommended as standard code in many national food service chains and inspectors like to see this for sanitary reasons.

PVC

In the industrial, manufacturing and chemical industries, sometimes you need a dependable, cost-effective alternative to higher-priced options. You may wish to consider rigid PVC sheet as an economical option.

High density polyethylene (HDPE) is a good basic engineered type plastic. It can be utilized in light wear applications, with excellent corrosion resistance to a wide variety of chemicals - it can be easily formed and welded so it is a good choice for fabrications. Natural sheet can be used as a food grade applications. No moisture absorption and good impact strength make HDPE a good choice in many light industrial applications.

For excellent chemical resistance, turn to Fluorsint® Enhanced PTFE. Available in several formulations for a range of food and beverage applications or anywhere broad chemical resistance is required, such as pulp and paper applications or industrial environments. Although it offers relatively low mechanical strength and stiffness compared to other advanced plastics, it’s a great material of choice for seals in rotating equipment, piston rings and more.
