Johns Manville 800 Series Spin-Glas® equipment and external duct insulation provides a broad range of solutions to meet your unique application needs. The breadth and depth of our product availability includes plain, FSK or AP faced board, where the facing acts as a vapor retarder. You can be assured you are getting the same superior performance from the facing as the insulation because we manufacture both to the highest quality standards. 800 Series Spin-Glas board is easily fabricated for an excellent finished appearance on duct and equipment systems.
JM Corbond III® is a closed-cell spray polyurethane foam offering high R-value per inch for greater design and construction flexibility.
Thermo-12 Gold is a preformed, high-temperature, abuse-resistant pipe and block insulation with exceptional structural strength, composed of hydrous calcium silicate for use on systems operating up to 1200°F (650°C). It is inorganic, non-combustible, asbestos free, and meets or exceeds the physical and thermal property requirements of ASTM C533, Type 1. Integral to Thermo-12 Gold is, "XOX", a distinctive formula and process that inhibits corrosion to outside surfaces of pipes and equipment.
Barymat Acoustic Material is a soundproofing material made from polyurethane (synthetic or natural fibers) acoustical foam. Available in many thicknesses and sold in rolls, sheets, die cut and water jet cut parts. When required, a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing or decorative wear-resistant cleanable facing is applied.
