The HDPE Spray Bar is fabricated entirely from High Density Polyethylene Piping. HDPE is the ideal spray bar material. It is extremely lightweight for ease of installation and service, completely corrosion and chemical resistant, and has an operating temperature range of -30ºF to 120ºF.

The HDPE Spray Bar has a rated working pressure of up to 150 psi. The Spray Bar has interchangeable spray tips for a wide variety of applications from fine mist dust suppression to higher flow rates for wash pan applications.
Available in belt widths from 24”–72”
• Single part ball joint pivots and rotates for easy adjustment
• Quick connect bodies and quick connect tips make clean out simple and easy
• Victaulic coupled end with adapter to 2” NPT threaded fitting for easy attachment to water line
