Curved Roof Panels
Robertson offers three metal panels that provide a curved roof or fascia to your design, and can be installed over solid deck or open framing.
For the designer who wants a barrel vault with a smooth look (no standing seams) and horizontal lines instead of vertical, FlexLoc® is the recommended product. It is also ideal for curved applications or soffits. FlexLoc® is a non-structural panel. Available in 8 ½-inch, 9 ½-inch or 10 ½-inch widths, the FlexLoc® panel is clipped down to a waterproofed solid substrate, eliminating panel penetrations and exposed fasteners. Because the panels are generally installed parallel to the curved surface, no pre-curving of the FlexLoc® panel is required.
The Craftsman™ Series is a snap-on batten roof system, available in narrow, wide and high profiles: small (SB), large (LB) and high batten (HB). The pan and batten are manufactured separately to maximize design flexibility and for ease of installation at difficult hip, valley and slope change conditions.
